Commercial development encroaching on Old Starmount?

Unsightly commercial development would cause the destruction of the small treed buffer [at the SE corner of Green Valley Rd and Friendly Ave] between a beautiful old neighborhood and Friendly Shopping Center. And will probably be the start of rezoning up and down Friendly Avenue, bringing unneeded commercial development to some of Greensboro's oldest, most beautiful residential neighborhoods.
